The desk and its principals may hold positions in any name covered. Per-note disclosures appear at the bottom of every published idea and identify the desk’s position at time of publication.

Material conflicts
Where a principal has a personal or institutional relationship with a covered name, that relationship is disclosed in the note.

Where a metric is derived from a third-party source, that source is cited inline in the citation ledger. We do not redistribute upstream-licensed datasets in raw form.
