Inclusion

A name enters active coverage when (a) the desk has independently triangulated a thesis from at least three primary sources, and (b) an editor has signed off on the citation ledger’s completeness.

Exit

A name exits active coverage when the underlying thesis closes — either because the catalyst has played out, the data quality has degraded, or because a position has been stopped on a discipline-driven exit. Exits are published with the same care as entries.

What we don’t cover

We don’t cover names where the desk cannot independently source primary disclosures, names with material conflicts, or names whose primary value is short-term technical positioning.
