What we do
We publish institutional-grade research without the institutional gatekeeping. Our coverage is deliberately narrow — about 214 names across 9 sectors — and the underlying engine is built so every metric is reproducible and every quote traces to its source.
What we don’t do
- We don’t take corporate-access dollars from the companies we cover.
- We don’t let language models do final arithmetic. Calculations run in audited code paths.
- We don’t silently rewrite published notes. Updates and post-mortems sit alongside the original.
Who’s on the desk
The masthead is on every issue (D. Halberd · M. Iyengar). We’re an editorial-first team, supported by a small platform engineering group that runs the research engine, the terminal, and the public site.
